Doesn't matter who you deal with, all staff are helpful, professional and courteous. I felt like an important client from start to finish. Great choice of cars, they know their stock, the history of every car and incredibly accommodating. I dealt mainly with Andy all the way through and he was patient, not condescending like some people can be, especially during the test drive. I collected today and was warmly welcomed and all paperwork gone through and professionally managed. I highly recommend this company for buying or selling. Thank you all so much. I love my car!

Sold my car for a fair price through Aldridge Vehicles compared to the popular cash for cars websites and avoided the hassle of selling online. Andy was super helpful, clearly explained the process and the car was sold in less than two weeks. Very impressed with the customer service and set up. Early days with the new car, but have to say the purchase was very smooth and professional. Andy answered all the questions I had and honestly too. I bought a car from them in October. I recently relocated to the UK and had contacted them from abroad regarding the car. The team was wonderful and was very helpful. They did their best to make sure everything went smooth on the day of delivery of the car. I was really impressed with the service. The car itself was as described. I bought an electric car from them and they did make sure that the car had full charge when I received it. Thank you guys!!! The service was amazing.

Never have I had such a friendly and speedy service when buying a car. From the moment I rang to see if the car I was interested in was still available, to the point I collected my keys, I genuinely felt like I’d made the right decision. The whole team were amazing, keeping me informed throughout the process of sourcing finance and taking time to ring me every couple of days with updates. I viewed the car on the Saturday morning and collected it from them 5 days later - nothing was too much trouble.
