Attended my appointment with Carla. Fantastic Salon. Carla was so friendly from the minute I arrived until I left. Appointment for B12 injection, She explained everything in detail, asked questions and gave great advice. Next appointment booked before I left. Highly recommend. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Always love my experience with Emma, she is so friendly annd professional and makes you feel so comfortable. She took time to match a shellac polish for my toes to the varnish I had to paint my own fingernails and my spray tan is perfect

Kaci welcomed me and ran through the procedure. She then showed me a range of colours after asking what colour I was looking for. When I was not sure she suggested putting some glitter on to enhance the effect - which it did. Nice job and looks good. Would recommend Kaci as a therapist

Had express eyelash extensions with Emma. Very easy to book online, need to pay a deposit which i wholeheartedly agree with. When she told me to sit up I looked in the mirror and she had only done half of my eyelid. She said it was because my own eyelashes were too curly in the corners-which I think she could have told me before she started as I looked ridiculous. She agreed to extend the lashes to the corners of both eyes. They looked better but both eyes looked different and there was so much glue and so many extensions. I thought maybe it was just because I had never had lashes before and needed to get used to them so I paid and left. She couldnt comb through the lashes on my left eye as the comb kept catching on the glue stuck to to the eyelashes. I asked her what to do if I wanted to take them off and she said just soak in any oil or oil based product.My daughter looked at them when I got home and was horrified. I asked for natural looking and there were so many lashes on my small eyes, all stuck together with masses of glue. The clumps of glue were quite painful and I felt like my own eyelashes were constantly being pulled. My daughter tried to help but she couldn't, but she did find a piece of eyelash glued to my hair. I looked absolutely awful. I had to go to work with them on, but took some olive oil with me. I soaked them pretty much all day but they wouldn't budge. Got home and applied coconut oil all night and went to bed with it on and reapplied all through the night. Woke up with loads of lashes still remaining (after 24 hours of soaking)and had to pull them off. Still clumps of glue stuck to my own lashes and my eyes and skin are red raw from all the soaking. Emma did ring back after reading my review (which is nowhere to be seen on their 'honest reviews' on their website), but she wasn't concerned with how upset I was . I told her that the lashes wouldn't budge after 30 minutes soaking and she said just carry on and be patient or come back in (which I couldn't because of work) offered to refund the cost of the lashes but not the full amount, hence why the review is two stars as I am trying to be fair and honest. And she is a lovely lady, just not sure she should be doing lashes sadly.27.10.23In response to the comments from pure perfection, I have never had any lashes before and I was never told there could be any issues in applying them. I told the technician I had naturally curly eyelashes before we started and she did not say a thing. I would not have bothered having them done, or she would have advised me not to have them done surely? I have added a couple of photos so you can see all the glue. I can also confirm that so far I have not received a single penny in refund. I don't appreciate dishonesty, enjoy the £30, Review reduced to one star as the minimum I could give and I do hope you treat your other lash customers better

Carla was an absolutely kind, empathetic and compassionate professional. She was wonderful in enabling a calm atmosphere where our anxieties are quelled immediately. She answered all client questions and was most reassuring and patiently answered all queries. Her experience and expertise shone through in her collected, dignified and composed approach. It was the first time i had an appointment with Carla at Pure Perfection. I was greeted as soon as i walked through the door. My dermaplane/facial was lovely, Carla was very professional and lovely making me feel relaxed. I have made another appointment in a months time.

Booked in for classic lashes, told the price over the phone was £60. Naturally, for this price you’d expect high quality lashes by a well skilled/experienced lash tech. Unfortunately I didn’t get what I had asked for (classic individual lashes), instead I was given awful clumpy lashes that fell out straight away when brushing them with the eyelash brush, leaving big bald gaps in between lashes!!! I was absolutely horrified by the treatment considering how much I paid. The lash tech I was placed with is quite new to the industry, a lovely well polite young girl who was very gentle and chatty during the treatment. I can understand that people have to start somewhere but the owner/manager should not be charging full whack prices for inexperienced staff!!!Manager refusing to take any responsibility for their employees, pushing it all on to the young lash tech. No offer of a refund or treatment to correct the work with a more experienced tech. Awful customer service. In the end I had to remove them myself as they looked awful. Will not be returning or recommending!! I feel absolutely scammed! £60 is a proven qualified and well experienced technician, in this case the tech didn’t understand what a classic lash was.Be warned if you use this salon check out who is fully qual or experienced from the owner who SHOULD be accountable for her trainees and employees who takes the money but ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility for negative results.
