Meet & Meat
Disappointing meal. Looked great from the photos I saw before we headed there, hence why chose it.Was empty inside when we arrived at around 7pm, was seated and ordered drinks. They took what seemed like ages to come before we ordered food. The first item we chose was not avaliable for that evening so had to choose something else. It would have been great to have been told this when we arrived.Food took a while to come and had bread and dips as we waited which we nice. When the food arrived, the steak was overdone and certainly not the medium ordered. The dauphinoise potatoes weren't very tasty or creamy and the lack of vegetables was disappointing. We all expected more than the one asparagus that it came with.Overall the service was let down by lack of conversation or general care. Our table was cleared in silence which was a little awkward and then the waiter cleared the table with a dry blue roll which he wiped over the table pushing crumbs onto the floor. We weren't asked if we wanted desserts, or the bill and had to go up go the bar to finish the payment and leave.Wouldn't recommend to anyone thinking of going, looks great from the outside but lacks substance where it counts.

Just walked in and got a table..Food is probably the best tasted in a long time. You can see into the kitchen and watching it on the bbq.We got a sharing plater and some sides.2 alcoholic drinks, 2 espresso and 2 latte coffees.Just over £50 it was.We will comeback again.

Wow what a place, the inside looks amazing. Really warm and friendly staff, the food was incredible. To think this is in Boston. Everything freshly made. The menu had enough choice on it. Can't wait to go back. Definitely recommend

what can I say. very breath taking venue with fantastic staff. made to feel very welcome. all you can ask for under 1 roof. restaurant with very tasty food. we had a meal and there was a little problem with the order and they sorted it straight away. then went to the lounge for a few cocktails. the presentation was was really good. as we was leaving we noticed rhe nightclub. we went for 1 drink. omg the night club is so nice. top music and for a change I could here the man behind the bar not over powering music. 10/10. clean tidy place highly recommended. You must give it a try

I visited with my family for my birthday. We came early as it was a school night hence why there wasn't much of an atmosphere. Cocktails were very good. Food was nice, I personally would have liked my scallops cooked a little more as they were undercooked for my palette, my daughter ordered the king prawns which were a bit tough. The rib eye steak and sirloin were very nice as was the calimari and brie starters. Staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Been wanting to go here for a while and today was the day. Booked online in advance. Nicely greeted and seated with hot bread and dips. Love the efforts with the Halloween decorations. Friendly staff with a swift order and owner very sociable but not awkward, makes you feel appreciated. I spend many years with Turkish people in Tottenham and this place brings back those memories. Food is cooked fresh to order, delicious and authentic. Price is very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food. Will definitely be back more often as a hot spot for our casual dining. Looking forward to bringing the children next time as although it looks very slick/modern it feels child/family friendly too. Only thing missing is traditional Turkish coffee, please offer this.

Meet & Meat
In a nutshell: The staff were relatively friendly but there were 2 chefs witnessed not washing their hands after going to the bathroom (this was witnessed after we had eaten), there were 2 waitresses that were very nice, they are the reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 star for the blatant, disgusting disregard for basic hygiene. The food was nice when it finally arrived but it wasn't what we had ordered. The longer story: We were booked in as a table of 6 for my husbands birthday and I was told upon booking that it was a limited menu in December due to them being busy and they would send over a copy of the menu the following day. I contacted them twice before hand for this but had no reply. We arrived and were given a set menu to choose from. We were surprised at the choices on it because as a self promoted steakhouse there was no steak at all and just 1 choice of starter. We were able to order from the main menu (thank you nice waitresses) and after a long hour and a half of being repeatedly told that our food wouldn't be long, it finally arrived and the 3 steaks we had ordered were all cooked incorrectly. At this point we were all very hungry so ate it because we didn't want to have to wait any longer. We had at least 4 different people come to ask if everything was OK and when we told them that no it wasn't, the 2 nice waitresses were apologetic, one waiter jokingly argued that the blue steak was actually medium (which is what was ordered) and the man that I assume was the owner or front of house said with a smile that we should have told them before we ate it. We had been very patient waiting for it to arrive and whilst we understood his reasoning, at this point my husband started to become annoyed and explained the delay in getting the order to us and that we were all very hungry so ate it because who knew how much longer we'd have to wait if we'd sent it back.We came to an agreement with a deduction on the bill that we were all happy with and went to pay but there had been an issue and there seemed to have been another table's bill added to ours *sigh*. The nice waitress supervisor lady corrected this for us and also discounted the service charge for us when I explained that I wasn't happy to pay it (side note, I'm usually happy to tip well for good service but I did feel a mandatory service charge was rather cheeky in this instance). To be honest I think they were all happy when we left as it was a bit of a mess from start to finish.Feedback: In my opinion the staff were all very friendly but rushed off their feet and so mistakes were made. There didn't seem to be any structure to who was waiting on which table which caused issues when we were trying to explain that we weren't happy, which in turn was quite frustrating because no one seemed to be talking to each other. It may be worth making sure everyone is on the same page with what to do should a complaint arise.I feel that it would be beneficial for you to have one waiter/waitress per table where possible or at the most two. I would suggest that you need more staff in the kitchen or to take less bookings as it felt like no one really knew what they were doing and that we had been forgotten about. To top it off I've just been made aware that a member of our party saw 2 of your kitchen staff not wash their hands after they had been to the toilet. I've removed a star for this blatant, disgusting disregard for basic hygiene. I suggest you revisit your policies and procedures with your kitchen staff because out of all that I've written, this last part is what has made me angry.
