I have just bought a car at CMH. Absolutely cannot fault anything from the beginning to the end of the process. When I originally came to view the car, I didn't feel like they were pushing me to buy, which is something that I hate when buying something.All staff were really friendly, approachable. Allowed us to test drive the car and answered any questions we had.I noticed some dents on the car that I was interested in and the staff here fixed it and also said that they would do any advisories that came back on the MOT which is something they have no obligation of doing, which is amazing and gave me peace of mind that my car was going to be fine to drive.They talked me through everything they had done and the car came with 6 months warranty and breakdown cover, which also adds to the peace of mind.I would not hesitate in using this garage again, or in recommending them for exceptional customer service and lowering the stress of buying a new car.Thanks so much for all your help. Recently purchased a car from these!Worst mistake iv made.A Peugeot 2008Which had advisories on rear brakes, Martin said he would change these as they were worn.'Apparerntly done them' with a fresh 12 months mot (with no advisories)Upon having the vehicle inspected by Peugeot the brakes are worn 80%!! So clearly havnt been changed! The clutch needed replacing and was a danger to drive, clutch arm was absolutely shot aswell! Cost us a thousand pound to get the car back on the road and in a driveable state, multiple attempts to contact this company has failed, he finally rang me back, was very obnoxious on the phone blaming my Manor of driving for the pads to be worn and clutch to be shot, refused to pay anything out (there warranties they offer are useless) now reporting to DVSA (for 'dodgy' mots) and trading standards, £8000 for a car that's barley covered any miles since buying, and he didn't seem to have a care in the world, no offer to inspect, no offer to have the car back!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS WISH I COULD GIVE HIM ZERO STARS!

I bought a car just recently from here. I dealt with a man called Martin, very helpful and kept in touch to see how the car was! Fantastic price, and service. Also a good range of cars over different price ranges. The warranty with my car is also amazing, covered with breakdown cover aswell. Would 100% recommend this garage.

Poor experience, wouldn’t buy form this dealer again. Wouldn’t recommend them. Purchased a car had a problem 4 days later and spoke to sales person who is been dealing with me no help and unprofessional, then ignored my email after that. Very poor customer service. Buyers beware if your buying a car you need to be able to trust your dealer. In fairness they offered a repair, which would have been great but they aren’t local so trying to fit in a long journey with full time job and school run wasn’t possible. I asked if they would find a repair locally but they wouldn’t.

Bought a Kia sportage from friendly Martyn and staff in February 2022 , had to return a few times during it's warranty as it had dashboard faults appearing every other week. Took to my local garage to find both back discs were grinding metal on metal then brake pipe broke this week and whilst being repaired was then told and shown top strut mounts weren't even attached properly to the vehicle so only the weight of the car was keeping the wheels in place!! how did this pass a mot this year before I bought it? car being scrapped. Complete waste of my time and money. Cannot recommend this dealer, friendly as they seem they do not do a good job with their cars to my cost! Avoid like the plague

An excellent service!We went with our son to purchase his first car. Martyn was professional, very helpful and honest. He gave us time and space to look at several different cars without any pressure, and waited for us to approach him- no trace of pushy sales techniques that make you want to run a mile!We were very impressed with the whole service and would highly recommend this company.
