I came to the store, along with my brother and Holly was very attentive and helpful. I had seen a few designs online and wanted to have a look in person. Holly was patient, she showed me a variety of designs in my chosen colour and also showed me other colours and designs.I purchased the perfect coat and colour for this winter, I am very pleased with the level of service and will certainly return again

Wanted a new jacket but unsure what style and fit I wanted. Went into the Manchester store and was assisted by a very helpful staff member, Sam H who guided me into what was best for what I wanted and getting the right size. He was very patient with me and well informed on the products which was great for me to choose the right jacket. 10/10 service.

Canada Goose are THIEVES!! Went into store and wanted to buy two coats. 1 was available and the second I purchased for home delivery as told wasn’t available in store. On the day of delivery wasn’t home get a notification saying “delivered” went home no package was given to neighbours nowhere to be found. Rang dhl rang Canada goose. Dhl would not take my call. Canada goose had constantly told me to wait “a few days” for DHL’s response as they’re trying to locate the package. I asked for picture proof of the parcel of where it’s gone. Sent me a picture that is NOTTT my house and NOT MY CAR IN THE DRIVE. I explained I have a bright red door and a silver car. The picture showed a white car and a black door. Canada goose Suggested I drive around the neighbourhood knocking on any black door to ask if they have my package. wasn’t interested continued to ask me to wait promising me a refund on “Thursday”. On Wednesday two weeks after my original purchase date, I received an email from customer services claiming I will not be receiving any refund or any coat as the picture shows it was delivered to my house. I even sent them a picture of my house and my door number clearly showing. Unfortunately I paid in store with cash so I cannot charge back and they have just blatantly robbed me. I asked the store for a letter of deadlock to report it to the ombudsman service and I’m told they cannot provide this. WORST COMPANY AND WORST BRAND EVER.The store refused to deal with the matter insisting I deal with customer services. I bought the coat in store?? When I received the email stating I would not receive any refund I rang the store and asked them if it is acknowledged with proof that that is not my house why am I not being refunded. I am told that they’re really sorry and can’t do anything. Quick to grab your money however any issues arise and they’re not interested. Considering you’re paying 1.5k per coat I’d expect a better level of service. Will not be using these guys again. Also managers are non existent. What’s the point in having a manager if any little issue and you need to wait 3 working days to ask colleagues in “Canada” and then get back to me. Disgraceful.

had the best service! everyone was so nice told me all the benefits i had with my coat. they held my coat in store after i purchased whilst i went shopping and they recognised me as soon as i walked in to collect it! so amazing and i love my coat

I was so excited when I found out Canada Goose was opening in Manchester. My experience in the store has been quite disappointing though.There was a coat I knew I wanted to buy and had seen elsewhere. When the store opened, I was in every week to see if it was in stock but it wasn't. This was understandable given it was a new store so I continued to go back.After two months I decided to buy the coat elsewhere as we are now in winter and I needed a new coat. I initially wanted to buy it from the Canada Goose store as they would give a hanger and dust bag to keep the product in good condition.On a previous visit, an employee acknowledged my repeated visits to the store for the coat so told me if I ordered the coat online they could still give me the dust bag and hanger to keep the product clean when I'm not wearing it.After buying my coat online, I went back in and asked if I could get the dust bag and hanger. The manager spoke to me and refused to help with this. She was a dismissive of my request and I felt like she didn't listen to me, care, or give my situation any consideration despite coming to the store every week since it opened in September/October. It was no fault of my own that they didn't have the product in stock. All of the other staff have always been really kind and helpful when I have been in but this has changed my view of the store and brand.

Excellent customer service. Came into the store with a friend making a purchase, we were helped by John who had exceptional product knowledge and gave fantastic service. John went above and beyond answering our questions about jackets we already own and taught us so much without being sales motivated. A real asset to the company.
