Second time I have been here whilst looking for new business fleet vehicles. First experience was pretty poor, no one available to help - but was a relatively busy Saturday. Today, it’s quiet, plenty of staff around, but still nobody approached - in fact when I went to view the Arteon, a member of staff locked the vehicle before I could look inside. I noticed all other vehicles in the showroom were also kept locked - not a great way to sell them I wouldn’t have thought?Every other dealer has been helpful and approached me - maybe I’m not the right kind of customer?As I walked towards the exit I noticed the sales team busy in the office on social media. If I could give zero stars, I would have.Will not be purchasing or recommending VW.

Been using this dealership, as per my contract, since I bought my first car 5 years ago. I have had nothing but bad experiences in these 5 years. The staff are absolutely horrendous and their attitude is appalling, especially the ladies in the service department. The only positive interactions I’ve had is a young Asian guy who saw me last minute for a bodywork quote and the managers that have called me back when I’ve had to raise complaints with the dealership. They are completely unprofessional and rip customers off from the moment you walk in. I’ve had people stealing money from car whilst it was in for servicing (VW sent me a bouquet of flowers as an apology). They damaged my vehicle whilst in for another service which they argued they never did (I had proof from my dash cam footage and they couldn’t dispute it so eventually agreed to repair my car bumper). I had a man in the parts department who thought he had transferred my call to another department but hadn’t and began to slag me off to his colleagues without realising I heard the whole conversation as the phone call was still connected. My advice is to RUN in the opposite direction of Volkswagen. I can’t even say the quality of the cars makes up for the staff at the dealership because my polo has had nothing but issues since purchasing it brand new. Do yourself a favour and buy your vehicles from a different manufacturer.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Was misold a car as having 6,000 miles on the odimeter, when it arrived it had over 13,000 on the clock, as well as containing the personal belongings of the last person that used it and an unpaid speeding fine one of their employees had accrued. It hadn't been cleaned at all, not even vacuumed.It was very difficult to obtain a refund for the deposit which I had to spend several weeks chasing calling through to numerous equally incompetent departments. All emails to chase up vehicle tax I had paid were also ignored.Several emails sent to Ahmed Mansoor who I can see has responded to several bad reviews, but all ignored as not in the public domain. It’s all about money and once they have yours they couldn’t care less.Please never buy a car from these cowboys. After going elsewhere the experience was very much chalk and cheese - an incomparably more professional experience.

I am completely and utterly disgusted by my experience at VW Liverpool. I have been dealing with an incompetent and deceiving sales team that have completely no regard for my complaints. I have been lead on that i was going to be getting reimbursed for a massive error that the salesman made in not transferring ownership of the vehicle that I paid for in full. I unfortunately was given a bus lane fine that i did not receive as it went to VW as the team had not transferred ownership. This was then sent to myself at a higher fine repayment by the enforcement team in which i was told would be reimbursed however when my I contacted the accounts team to check this had been processed, I had been told nothing had been requested. This is fraudulent misrepresentation as the site had said they sent confirmation the repayment had been processed. I still haven’t received any reimbursement even when assured by sales managers that this would be rectified. The site is very unprofessional with dealing with any after-sales issues.I would not recommend this site as they do not care about their customers as soon as they receive their money they don’t want to know.Regrettably, it is my resolve that I will not engage in further transactions with Johnson's VW Liverpool.I still have not been contacted regarding the incident which shows their lack of regard for customers. It is evident that Johnson’s VW will only deal with the issue once it goes legal.This incident is illegal activity, (fraudulent misrepresentation) and should be took further.

Holly went above and beyond to help us.Not once did we feel pressured but made to feel relaxed at all times. Looks good on the outside but a very shady dealership that will try and lure you in with extras however 6 months later still fail to uphold on their promises and continue to dodge calls, texts and email.

Don’t know what’s worse being mis-sold a service plan that “includes a major service” or the complaints procedure them seem to ignore. I’ve had no response since July and still getting charged monthly. Avoid anything to do with them
