The only experience I've had with this company is being nearly written off by one of their drivers.

25 years of experience? It wasn't apparent this evening, as a significant number of people were completely inconvenienced for 45 minutes by a load you were delivering to Intel Leixlip Ireland. There were a number of places where it would have been possible to let the blocked traffic go, but it didn't happen. No advance warning signs to let people planning to use the road know that there would be delays, no alternative routes signed, no assistance to divert traffic onto alternative routes, so a lot of very unhappy people. Less than a mile travelled in the final stage, a number of stops for no apparent reason, effectively a complete nightmare end of journey for all the motorists affected.
