Very friendly service.Well worth the 86-mile round trip to collect 10 mini curved salt blocks to ensure they arrived home unbroken. I was still better off by £7.80 so win win.

We were really happy with the service we received. Our softener broke and our son's skin problems flared up as a result, leaving us waiting a month for another company to come and fix it. However, after a call to BWS, they were at our house within half an hour and the softener fixed and serviced an hour or so later. The guy who came was very knowledgeable and professional, and prices very reasonable too.

I had a fault with my water softener 15 months after install. Same day service (amazing!), not everything went to plan with a number of issues along the way, however Peter stuck at it and got everything working. So nice and friendly too. Couldn't ask for better service!

Today I had a Kinetico Premier water softener, separate tap for drinking water including a premier filter fitted at my new build property.The plumber (James) contacted me prior to arrival and provided me with a confirmed ETA.I’m really picky with any work being carried out and I always expect a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.James delivered just that!
