Staff not very friendly,having a unwelcoming attitude towards me, making me feel very uncomfortable and not wanting to stay in here and enjoy my drink. Go here at your own risk. I recommend Caffè Nero for a more friendly serving environment.

I come in and both staff behind the till as laughing and giggling on their phones. I am waiting for 2 minutes before I finally get severed and get given attitude when I didn’t hear ‘Lauren’ asking if I wanted cream. I noticed she was giving attitude to more customers after she had served me. Why work somewhere if you’re not happy there. The other workers are all so lovely

Another of Costa's outlets: staff are friendly and, for someone like me who finds it difficult carrying a tray, they'll deliver to the table. Very busy trade around 1030 am.

Advertising open till 6 on both website and on the door but shut at 5 with rude member of staff not informing anyone till 5 and just asking all customers to leave.

6 days ago opening times were updated by the Costa. Yesterday 4pm I ordered by app a drink and I used my free reward. Order should be done in next 10 minutes. When I went to the cafe - woman which probably closed it, just left. I lost a reward, I didn't get a drink, nor even a notification that they are closing early. On the door was not even a notice that they close early so why they shut door 2 hours before closing times showed on the door or online? Very disappointed.

I just grabbed a coffe but I must say that it's the first time when I had a coffee while people were cleaning the local... Not very cool or cosy.
