Excellent service from clinical study staff. They were enthusiastic, informative and friendly, making me feel at ease throughout the study process. Would recommend centre for those considering participating in a clinical trial.

Terrible receptionist. Said the computer frozen and couldn’t help reschedule the appointment, asked me to re-book one myself online. She definitely needs some training on how to use a computer and appointment system.
