Buying the van was easy. Within 2 weeks I was able to collect. Thats unfortunately where all the Pro's end.At handover they handed me a warranty policy, since they don’t have their own workshop. The 6 months gold" warranty covers very little. If I'd have seen that before purchase

First time I’ve had to buy a vehicle in over two decades as I drive company cars so I was a bit tentative. However when I went ti view a coup of vans I’d seen online I was very impressed with their employee, Ben. No pressure, no sales pitch . Just an honest young lad. Same goes for Ryan who I dealt with later on in the sale. I ended up buying a 2014 - VOLKSWAGEN CADDY MAXI with low mileage. Apart from a coupe of small teething problems (which Ryan agreed to sort out immediately which is important) the van has been excellent. If I decide to upgrade in a few years I will definitely go back to this company.
