I bought a Belling range oven earlier this year. Service from Joe was exceptional. He got me the best price, even beating the big chains and went out of his way to get me the model I wanted exactly when I needed it. Highly recommended.

I like this place, it has all that you could want, and is ideal for the locals, the staff are very helpful and friendly, they explained everything I needed to know, very pleased with the Yamaha Receiver product i bought here, very pleased with it, many thanks to BJ Electronics.

Appalling service and attitude of staff. Unhelpful and arrogant. Will never buy from this business again, they have no interest in the after sales service they claim to offer. Will never support local business again.

Basic customer care is terrible. They've had my iPod for 8 weeks. In that time I've phoned 4 times and been told each time that the repair electrician will ring me back. He hasn't, and my mobile will log attempted calls. Surprised to be told today on calling into the store on the off chance that the iPod dock was not only there but had been fixed. It doesn't. The dock connector was replaced". It wasn't. Feel rather insulted. Profuse apologies from them but that's not enough sorry."
