Marsland Timber & Building Supplies Harrogate
Went back to Marsland Timber (Harrogate) hoping that the rude and argumentative gentlemen behind the counter had moved on. No such luck, in fact worse than before. Simply couldn’t be bother discussing what was in stock and said he did not know what was in the yard. Told me to go and look around for what I wanted. Ended up going elsewhere.

Outstanding customer service and advice. Good products.I had driven past Marsland Timber in Harrogate many times but overlooked it. When I did go in (for fencing) I was helped by knowledgeable and friendly team who sorted out my order and even arranged a next day delivery. Prices were comparable and I noticed they carried a good stock of decorative aggregates etc.Highly recommended.

As a diy er with just a car, the staff at Harrogate are very helpful and the delivery service is great. Some yards can be a bit off if you are not trade, not Marsland. Cheers guys

I've used this branch maybe a dozen times in the last year... Had stuff delivered... had stuff cut... Spent quite a sum... Not anymore... The guy there is so down right rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and quite frankly, Tiresome.Last Monday was the last straw and also the last time I will use the Harrogate branch.

Only giving one star as I’m not able to give none. Met by extremely rude member of staff and I didn’t even bother to get out of the car I agree with other reviews re rude and unhelpful - definitely go spend your money somewhere else They must be absolutely loaded to be able to treat potential customers and sales with such contempt. I have forgotten more manners than the gentleman who “greeted me” will ever have !
