Samantha is an honest hairdresser. Took a hair sample before my appointment to test a colour I wanted. She rang me to say my hair wouldn't take it. Was very pleased with the short hairstyle I'd asked for. Was also offered tea and biscuit while I waited for my turn (got there early).
