Fantastic and reliable company.Nothing was a bother to them. My daughters 21st birthday was fantastic with the Hot Tub, lights, decorations and gazeebo.will definitely use this company again.

I have hired an Orbis Spa from My Wee Hot Tub for my sister-in-law as a surprise for her Birthday. Guys were very professional and kind from start to finish. They have explained everything in detail about the spa. They have also decorated the gazebo amazingly for our Hawaiian theme! Best week with a hot tub I have ever had! I have now bought the same hot tub from those guys as I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 100% recommend!

The service from My Wee Hot Tub was brilliant. The guys who came to install it for the weekend were polite and tidy. The online instructions were really clear, the hot tub was in great condition and very clean and above all great fun! If you want to hire a hot tub these are definitely the people to go to.

Excellent friendly customer service, with the ever changing rules just now the team went above and beyond to bring our hire forward so as to not to disappoint my daughter. With less than 6 hours notice the gazebo and hot tub were up and I had a delighted birthday girl! The kit was of excellent quality, extremely high level of infection control and easy instructions for use. The tub was brilliant and the gazebo amazing given the terrible weather. It went from a birthday not to happen to one to remember! Set up and take down fully carried out keeping within current social distancing guidelines. So easy. Cannot recommend highly enough! I hired one of these excellent hot tubs for my wife's 40th birthday and it was incredible, the team are professional in every way and were extremely helpful and generous with letting us have it setup the day before so to be sure to have it in time, cannot praise them enough. TOP CLASS!

These guys are great. I had an amazing time hiring a hot tub from them. Even though my garden was a bit of a challenge they made it work for me. The hot tub under the gazebo made me feel I was on holiday far away somewhere else. They set everything up and also took everything down as well it was all so efficient and professional. I would recommend to anyone wanting a tub to chill for themselves and to enjoy with friends which I did both. It's really nice to be in 40 degrees water when the weather is freezing outside. Would defo hire from here again thanks guys!
