Friendly and helpful team. Installation of wood burning stove completed speedily and cleanly and exactly on time, to the minute.

Excellent communication and service from Chris, Clair and the team at Stonehouse and we are so pleased with our new stove and the hearth and slips which were married to an original 1920's fireplace which we already owned. Chris was enthusiastic, helpful and patient as we fine-tuned our choices. Definitely recommend them and would use again.

An amazing shop, and great displays of all kind of fires. The staff were polite and extremely knowledgeable and patiently talked us through the different makes and designs. Definitely spoilt for choice and this will be the place we will return to buy our next fire.

Very pleased with the media wall they built in my lounge, from design to installation. They were more expensive than other companies, however they used qualified tradesmen from joiners, plasterers, electricians and you get what you pay for!! We even hid all our appliances(DVD recorder, smart tv box and wifi) behind the tv and not a plug or wire on show anywhere- amazing!!!!!

Chris and his team made our whole experience of choosing a new fireplace and fire very easy and the advice they gave was excellent. The new fireplace has transformed the room and given it a contemporary feel in keeping with the period the house was built in (1935).The installation team did a super job that included lining two chimneys for us. They used a cherry picker to avoid the need for scaffolding. They also serviced and made safe another gas fire as part of the work. They fitted in the work around other building work which helped us.The whole job was competitively priced and good value without compromising the quality of the end result. We recommend them and thank them for a job well done with cheerful enthusiasm and courtesy by all.
