Absolutely first rate. Mark set up my new laptop tailored to my needs. He asked me exactly what I wanted to use it for and then set it up to be easy and straightforward for me to use. He told me what he was doing at each stage of the setting up process then made sure I was comfortable with the laptop before he left. In short, he'd put me in control of the machine every step of the way. Thoroughly recommend him. Thank you Mark.

Found this company in a local directory when my wife's laptop died. I spoke to a very friendly man called Mark and then dropped the computer in to him on Tuesday. By Thursday We had it back - working faster than ever before, with upgraded software and a mended hard drive.Had it not been that we had some photos on it that we wanted, we might have binned it. Now we have a laptop as good as new - and for a very reasonable price. Dead as a dodo? Not now - thank you Mark!

Found Dodo via my local Facebook community page, contacted Mark over the phone who gave me an honest assessment of prices and charges before I took the items (iPhone and iPad mini) to him. Repair was done quickly and was very happy with the price and results.

Sorted my poor old laptop for a very reasonable price. Very thorough, took the time to do proper diagnostic tests and looked at every aspect of the system, and kept me informed. Friendly and obviously a great deal of expertise. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend.
