Awful staff, reduced my daughter to tears when we tried to purchase some rabbits. This was because we had pre bought a large hutch from somewhere else and refused to buy hutch from them. We showed photos of our hutch and had details of the dimensions. I fear this was all about suggestive selling and emotional black mail.
