It's been a month now since my new front and patio door were put in. These had initially going to be done by another company but that fell through and I benefitted by that. Best windows and doors ltd. gave me a brilliant quote with the same quality doors. I save so much going through them and will be asking them to come back to do some other work needed on my home. My old front door was probably over 30 years old with a wood surround with a lock that at times didn't work as well being a bit drafty. The patio door also had a wood surround and very good ventilation being a huge gap at the top and 2 bolts to lock it. The door did not fit any more and the wood surround was rotting. So time to update. Dave, Sean and another helper were here on time on the morning but I had to leave them to it as I needed to go to work but I had a key for the front door. I came home to a lovely smart front door and a patio door that was so easy to open and close AND no gaps, so totally draft free. Hooray. After the doors were fitted they chopped up the old wood surround for me so that it could be used in my wood burner. Very grateful for the thoughtfulness.

Excellent service, would highly recommend. We had bifold doors fitted to our garden room and they are great. Very competitive on price and just such a great service from quoting stage to fitting. Very happy.

We had two very heavy Palladio doors fitted and three windows replaced. Sean, Dave and Steve came across a few issues due to the house being old and one of the windows not having the correct support, this was sorted out at no extra cost to us. The guys did a great installation, very pleased we chose Best Windows and doors and we will definitely be using them again.

Took on a job for my blind, elderly relatives. Would only deal with them and didn’t want them to involve family. Charged way over the odds, did not complete the job, charged vat on an vat exempt job (due to blindness) and despite repeated attempts to contact him for both the refund of vat and the unfinished job he has ignored for months. Looks like we will have to go to court.
