After a considerable time wondering if Equity Release was OK, as advised by friends who took it a few years ago I selected Andy from a choice of 4 possible IFAs from the Equity Release Council, within a 10 mile radius of my home. Although not the closest, I liked the Leaf website, with an upfront fixed fee, good reviews and awards (including Most Trusted IFA) and his excellent response to my contact.
