Sowerbys Holiday Cottages

We recently stayed at No 3 Smugglers Cove in Wells Next The Sea and can honestly say it was one of the best properties we have stayed in - and there have been many over the years!The apartment is in a small development of 4 properties and has everything and more that you could wish to find. It is tucked away in a lovely leafy quiet spot but very handy for all amenities and we enjoyed evening strolls around the town, only a 5 minute walk to good quality pubs and good food.This is the second property we have stayed in that Sowerbys manage and we have found the staff to be very helpful and have a wealth of information about their properties. Would always use them when holidaying in North Norfolk.

We recently stayed at Sundial Cottage in Burnham Market and had the most perfect stay with friends. The Cottage is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean with everything you could require for a luxury home from home experience. The courtyard with BBQ was ideal for evenings in and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We stayed with a dog and 3 month old baby and the cottage was the perfect set up, and the welcome gift box was well received.The experience from Sowerbys was excellent, smooth booking process and at the end of the phone if we needed them. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect centrally located 1 up 1 down cottage.. space very well considered. Great to have a view of the harbour from the bedroom.Well equipped and warm..Good communication with agency and owners.Would thoroughly recommend.4 stars rather than 5 merely because we prefer a bath than a walk in shower.

Mill View at Burnham Norton is a lovey 'upside down' house with views over the salt marshes from the upstairs living room. Well appointed and renovated to a high standard the two bedroom end of terrace cottage has everything we needed for a super break. The village is quiet, there is easy parking and access along with being almost on the Norfolk Coastal Path.

No 4. Paul’s Maltings. An apartment with great views of the quay at Wells. Stairs to climb be warned. Inside is very comfortable and warm with a spacious living area. Very clean and well maintained. There will be a certain amount of noise from the flat above but in our case this was not excessive or worrisome.Great position and a fantastic bakery shop on the ground floor of the building. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The Lamphouse Burnham Market. A beautiful home and garden, convenient for walking to the shops, restaurants and pubs in this lovely town. Very comfortable house, extremely well equipped. The beds are super comfy, bonus with the log burner and large TV in the lounge. Garden is secluded and would be lovely to visit in the summer and make use of it.

We have stayed in the same house in Wells Next The Sea twice now, and have already booked to return next summer. Harbour Cottage is a modern and well equipped home, with great facilities and levels of cleanliness. The location, which is literally a stone’s throw from the quay, is perfect for exploring Wells. The parking for two cars makes it easy to venture further on days out. Harbour Cottage has always exceeded our expectations and made our holidays very special indeed. Recently stayed at Market Lane House in Brancaster, with our family. The property is situated down a quiet lane well off the main road. It is a well maintained and equipped spacious property, sleeping 10, just enough for our family of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. The beach is a nice walk away, or a short drive. There is also a really well equipped playground in the village, which is also where the village store is based. Sowerbys were very easy to deal with online and communicated really well.
