The vet was a very nice girl but what a complete rip off 2 min check of the cat for £50 and £25 for the prescription!!I only wanted a repeat prescription but they insist on taking £75 off me each time.The cats old and needs it's kidney medicine.The medicine is £80 a shot as well..

Took my 12 yr old fox terriers for annual boosters. Started using 4 for pets Cleveleys initially for their competitive pricing. Its became the go to place after such a thorough health check prior to boosters. In a world where everything seems rushed and average. This was the most thorough health check for boosters. What a credit the staff are at this Cleveleys branch. I have been to well established vets for many years where my dogs have never had such service together with annual boosters, usually weigh them and temperature 2 mins and out.More than grateful for such a great level of quality serviceThankyou

NO STARS!!Will never use Vets for Pets again. Spent at £1000 in a couple of months to find out about bowel issue. Vet still had no idea.2nd issue vet had no idea I’d dog’s toe was broken or not. Took almost a month after I contracted her, for her to tell me she still didn’t know and hadn’t even bothered to find out. NO duty of care what so ever!! Should be called Vets for Cash!

Excellent service everytime. Robyn has sorted out my dog and her allergies rather than just treating her for it unlike the vet I was taking her to in London. Staff are lovely

The best vets, used Vets4pets since we got our dog Suki, The staff are fantastic, loving and caring.From day 1 Danielle has been there to help us, from behavioural training, to specifically handling Suki when she needs to go the vets to ensure her visit goes well due to her complex needsMost recently Danielle and Charlotte have been amazing with us Suki hasn't been well, and they have done there best to ensure the treatment given to Suki was the best, gave us all the options and kept us updated throughout her stay with Vets4Pets, I don't think we could have done it without them, Following her day with Vets4Pets we had a welfare check, and going forward further checks to ensure the treatment provided is working.All the staff here are amazing and deserve as much credit as possible for the job they do.Thank you Vets4Pels Cleveleys

What a fantastic team , they all went over and above to help Dennis and explained all the procedures in detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for Lynsey as I'm sure Dennis wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her prompt action on Thursday when his temperature was 40. Thanks to you all .

Staff were very friendly and professional. Explained all the treatment required, in what steps and the costings beforehand. Kept in contact throughout the day while my pet was in for treatment. Wish I had moved to these years ago!

My cat required 2 emergency appointments last week. Vets4Pets managed to fit me in very quickly even though they were clearly busy with other appointments. Vets, nurses and receptionists I saw were excellent. They were friendly, transparent and realistic with pricing and treatment options. Thank you

I used this practice for my border collie and with my current Labrador puppy. I was traumatised when I had to put my border collie to sleep but the vet and vet nurse treated the whole experience with care and dignity, I was allowed time with my boy and felt so much compassion from the staff.My new puppy absolutely loves going to the vet thanks to the puppy parties they run and the fact that the staff make a fuss of her. I think the prices are more than fair and transparent. All the staff work incredibly hard and it’s about time they were praised for the hard work they do. Special thanks to Caitlin for being so informative and thorough in nurse consults. Thanks for looking after all our pets!

Avoid at all costs! Diagnosed our 10yr old dog with arthritis (after a quick examination). Then gave him an injection (we were told the only side effect would be some swelling) and 38 hrs later died. Subsequent research has shown this has happened to many dogs. Vets For Pets are accepting no responsibility but have made a nice profit out of the injection fee and now the cremation fee. They literally do not care about your animals …. It’s all about money with them. Please avoid them!
