CROOK & CO.This company is unprofessional. They still agree with the old fashioned “gazumping” a property was sold through another agent and yet they still allowed a viewing knowing it was off the market. Don’t buy with this company as your property might not end up being yours even after the accepted offer as they clearly allow other viewings once sold. I’ve spoken to most of the agents in Thanet and non of them would do the same just goes to show this company cant be trusted, and clearly don’t care about their reputation. Shameful.

We had the best experience with Cook and co with buying a property through them it was for my dad and as we live far away we were not always available to support him with viewings etc cook and co supported my dad throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. They also kept me informed of everything thay was happening and following up on requests in a very timely manner.Would highly recommend

Cannot recommend Cooke and Co highly enough. I was assisted by the Ramsgate team to purchase a property in the area recently -May 2022.They kept me up to date with all developments, via email and phone calls, always quick to call back if not available at first. They are well organised and efficient.All of the team I met / spoke to were polite, helpful and friendly and the sense of warmth was something that set them apart from other estate agents I've dealt with previously.They were able to coordinate an additional second viewing at fairly short notice and I really appreciated that.Vicki the Sales Progression and Compliance Manager is knowledgeable, motivated and level headed even when there are unforeseen twists and turns in the process! She is diligent and hard working , even responding to emails and calls when off with Covid. She gave me a lot of support when we came up against some hurdles with solicitors, for which I am truly grateful.Would definitely use Cooke and Co for any moves in future.

Found all members @ Cooke & co Broadstairs very friendly, helpful & professional. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for them. Would highly recommend using them when searching for a property.

The help and assistance we received from all the staff at Cooke and Co. Ramsgate in purchasing our property was excellent. Worthy of special mention is Victoria who was outstanding liaising with all parties involved and expedited the sale.
