Something has changed. I used this place a few times before and all good but went last week and noticed shop laid out very differently. Had battery fitted and was told payment was cash only which should have been a red flag. I was assured it was genuine battery to be fitted but loosing 85% charge in a day. Not going back.

My screen came off my tablet I seen these guys they said it was the flex but had 2 order it in .I went to 3 other shops they all said I need a new screen. So I went back 2 phone fixers and now fixed I didn't need a new screen. These guys didn't rip me off like the other shops was gunna they get top marks from me it always pay 2 shop around thanks phone fixers 4 being honest

AVOID! Under new management from my first experience 10 months ago and this new technician broke/cracked the casing in 5 places in the back! No wonder he rushed to put it back in the phone case as he didn't want me to see the damage he caused! I should have checked myself before I left the shop but I was hurrying to get home. He also said the credit card machine was broken so took cash only. Absolute crook!

Took my IPhone 12 in to fix. The speaker was fuzzy and it wasn’t charging. They suggested to try and clean it first. It worked. Phone fixed for £15.

Fixed the annoying problem with the charging port on my iphone 13 in about 20 minutes. Very polite, friendly and efficient. Just wish I had found them a few months ago.

Absolutely first class service by the guys here, fixed something which I had been told would wipe my phone if it had to be repaired. Repair completed within 24 hours and completed to a very high professional standard with no data loss. Very appreciative of the service they've provided will definitely be back if I have any phone issues in the future
