Clear Dental Ballymena

After years of having anxiety of going to the dentist, I joined clear dental Ballymena. I first visited Susan McKeown pre covid and she was absolutely fantastic never have felt more at ease going to see her! I am always so happy with her work and and am always welcomed with a smile! Would 100% recommend clear dental and if you’re lucky enough to get Susan then it’s a double bonus! Thanks Susan for all you do!

Terrible dental practice.

Recently joined Clear Dental and can’t recommend the practice enough. I’m a very nervous patient and my dentist Susan was fantastic. She made me feel at ease throughout the whole appointment and I’m so happy with the work she has done.

Absolutely horrible practice would never recommend this place

I have attended the practice for 14 years plus. All great dentists who care for their patients. Been seeing Susan McKeown for 4 years now and couldn't recommend her more. Makes me feel at ease at every appointment.

Practice is brilliant but Susan mckeown is awful.Went in to see her on Thursday 11th told her I had pain in my lower tooth, she done nothing about it at all only booked me in for a week later even though I told her I was in pain which I knew was going to get worser.Saturday morning I was took to the emergency dentist with severe pain, turns out I had a bad infection, an absess, ear pain, swollen jaw,red raw gums and had to have my tooth removed, the emergency dentist couldn't believe that my own dentist didn't do anything about it at the time to determine why I was getting paid.This isn't the first time with Susan, she loves doing work that doesn't need to be done I believe it's for money. Susan also had me on a waiting list for a tooth extraction, she told me I needed to wait, so I waited months, I got fed up of waiting and rang the number Susan had referred me to only to be told that all I had to do was ring up and book the appointment, which I did and got an appointment the next day- I waited months. Susan is a lier!!!!!I made a complaint about her so probably will be kicked out the dentist like she did with my sister who made a complaint against her.I have spoken to a few people who have her as a dentist and they all told me the same, that she does unnecessary work on people's teeth, I know a lot of people are moving out the practice because of her

Worst dentist in the whole of ballymena should never have changed from quigley and Martin apart from the lovely Andrea who has worked from her time in quigley and Martin until now she is the best out there but other than that the whole practice stinks
