Called in to report road rage attack and intimidation to wife a d daughter, they were also attacked with objects thrown at car on junction victoria av and high street Bloxwich. Unless dashcam shows number plate and the occupants actions there is nothing police can do, the desk sergant agreed this shouldnt happen and would take action if we found proof on local cctv. Event happened 20:10 on Wed 03/10/18

My sons car was stolen, we had proof of the perpetrator but the police never followed up. Numerous phone calls to find out were met with 'The officer dealing with the case is not available'I was travelling through Pelsall yesterday early evening, six lads on motorcycles went through the village two at speed on one wheel. some without crash helmets. I have the video but its a waste of time talking to the police.

Stop using your sirens at night...I’m pretty sure your not allowed..It’s so annoying.. No consideration for family households..

Reported to police that there were 2 youths on bikes checking car doors in the tamebridge area at around 3am. They asked if a crime had been committed, to which I obviously said not yet. There response was, well until they've actually committed a crime there's not alot we can do. So I responded, that's fine I'll go out with a hammer and smash it off there heads. At that point I was the criminal. The officer just wouldn't let it drop, she even rang me back to make sure I'm not going through with it. And with no surprise a police car turns up in 5 minutes to make sure I'm not going to injure the youths that are going around checking car doors.

I wud give them a minus 5 stars. Since they have gone digital it's a nightmare. 101 is a waste of time long waits. They Shud answer the phone as not everyone wants to go web chat. No wonder!???? Where are the police

The world is not in good shape when any member of society has no faith in their police service for whatever reason.Numerous times I have had to call for police assistance over a few years. Not a single incident was responded to in a suitable time frame nor dealt with properly once they arrived.They seem to be hiring more and more officers that don’t really seem to care about the society we live in.

My car was involved with hit and run driverThe female police officer could not of been more helpful if she tried. I was very pleased with how she treated my circumstances

Terrible service. The officers at this police station give all police officers a bad name. Victims dont get any calls to inform how their case is going. Telephone calls / voice mails and emails all get ignored. It's no wonder people dont bother reporting this at it's a waste of time. Especially with stations/ officers like this!! Terrible!!
