This is the most helpful company I have dealt with in a long time.Arrival at the terminal and parking was easy and well organised.We had to cut our cruise short due to a family health issue and I called to ask if I could collect my car early. The lady on the telephone was brilliant and arranged for my car to be ready when I got back down to Southampton.When I go there the car was ready for collection and had even been started up so that it was de-iced and warm. I would definitely recommend this company and would like to thank all of the staff for their help.

A big thank you to CPS Parking in Southampton.We always use CPS for parking, on our last cruise we returned to our car to find some damage, some sort of corrosive substance had been spilt on the door damaging the paintwork. We fetched an attendant who took photos and details and told us it would be sorted.They were as good as their word Sarah Moat the call centre supervisor told me to get two quotes, they were both a similar price she said I could go ahead and get the repair done and they paid the garage.Absolutely excellent service from CPS and particularly Sarah. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Valet parking works fine if your ship happens to return to the same terminal you departed from. If, as occurs often, it is a different terminal then you do have to join a huge (really huge ) queue and get on a bus across the Port. Zero CPS staff at the arrival terminal to help or explain what is going on. Port Authority staff just shout at everyone to get on the shuttle buses. CPS are selling valet parking but often that applies only on departure, not arrival back at Southampton. Their website is quite misleading about this.

This is the first time we have used CPS and we were very happy with the service. Parking up was effortless. Photos were taken of the car and then it was taken and parked up. Collecting the car literally took a few minutes. We have booked again for our cruise in October and would definitely recommend if anyone asked.

This was a faultless experience. We drove straight to our terminal and were met quickly by a CPS representative. Within 3/4 minutes we had removed our luggage and handed over the key. You then load your luggage onto a trolley and push it 50 metres to drop it at baggage collection - a cinch!When we returned, it was equally impressive. It took no more than ten minutes to be on the road from the time we left the luggage hall.The most positive feature for me is the number of employees they had working on both occasions. There's little to no queuing as a result.Fully recommended.

We could not fault the service provided by CPS in Liverpool recently. Before our cruise parking was easy and transferring our luggage was a smooth experience. After our cruise, everyone we met at CPS, but particularly Karen, helped us in every way possible when we were stranded by an unexpected car problem. Not the best way to end a wonderful holiday but Karen did all she could to make sure we eventually got on our way.

Used them for parking for a cruise a couple of months ago. My car was damaged and the CPS gentleman was incredibly rude in dealing with the situation.They did eventually pay for the damage a month later. I had a chase every single day to get the money for the repair. They kept saying ‘it’s been sent’ but it hadn’t.Wouldn’t use them again.
