The hours of business are incorrect on Google Maps and the staff/owner not very helpful.

One star is being generous! A parcel was delivered here by Royal Mail 2 weeks ago, every day I or my partner go, no one seems to know where the parcel has gone. Staff’s response is ‘it was there the other day’. Royal Mail state that my parcel ‘has been delivered to this store and has not left the shop’ - where has it gone then? Staff and management are not very apologetic or helpful in providing me with any form of information in order for me to proceed with the next steps to finding my parcel. Basically getting a ‘oh well’ response vibe from them!!!Such a shame as I am local to this store and now I will never use this post office’s service again!!! You are meant to have trust in these post offices to keep your parcel safe and secure!!! I am extremely cross right now as the parcel was not a cheap purchase!!!

Dishonest staff. Choose their own opening hours, lost my parcel by giving it to someone they shouldn’t have. Avoid using the post office at all costs.

Went there to find the post office closer after it says open waste of time

Ignored by the woman on the counter at first then told curtly the Post Office counter was closed despite the opening times stated. Shoddy.
