Starbucks Cannock Linkway
I’ve ordered for pick up here a few times now and i’ve never been disappointed. Admittedly there’s been a few mistakes (seeming to be from the app ordering system) but after mentioning the mistakes they were immediately fixed - staff have always been lovely. I used to go to a Starbucks further up the A5 but since trying this one i haven’t looked back, the drinks are always amazing and the food is heated well each time.

Anytime I order a mobile pick-up order. Its never ready when I turn up. They haven't even started it. A number of times I've turned up at the window and the 2 colleagues are just chatting by the food counter.

Fantastic Starbucks coffee shop. Been here a few times now and enjoyed it every time. The shop is very clean and tidy and has a little bit of a Scandinavian feel which is quite a nice touch! Staff are very friendly and will give you suggestions if you need it. The drinks as with all Starbucks are top tier and absolutely smash those of Costa (which are the same grade as McDonald’s these days). Seen a lot of reviews slating this place for not taking cash, but it’s nearly 2024 so WELL DONE Starbucks for living in the current year and not in the 90’s!

I usually enjoy a Starbucks but Cannock is awful. No medium cups to sit in with at 2PM on a Sunday afternoon so having to serve in take out cups, where are all the cups?Coffee machines and general store grubby, shame really as its nice and new.Staff were really unhelpful, can take an order but that's where it stops. Advised they would bring my food order over, left waiting so revisited counter. Food was left on the counter, I asked the girl with the septum piercing if it was mine and thought she said they were bringing it over, all I got was a no sorry whilst she carried on making drinks.Awful.

One of my favourite places to get a coffee! I I get my coffee almost every morning before work sometimes a breakfast sandwich. Overall very polite helpful staff, really clean and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Might want to consider your customers before you scrape chairs across the floor ,to get your end of day cleaning done while you still have customers is ok ,but not to their detriment.the ambiance is part of the experience.

lovely place in a nice location :) much needed for the retail park and closer to travel to than Stafford!staff were nice! some obviously were new to making starbucks drinks but down to earth and pleasant!
