Have been using this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and the current team are a great asset to the company. Always pleasant, happy to help and so very patient with people who complain if what they need is out of stock or their prescription hasn’t arrived yet ………… on an individual note, Jack who joined the team recently is a fantastic addition. Always happy, welcoming and will go above and beyond to deliver an excellent customer service. This young man will go far…….. On a personal level I’d like to add a huge thank you to the whole team for the caring, compassionate service that I have received in recent years due to my serious ill health.Keep up the good work Team Rowlands Pharmacy Caernarfon!

Disgraceful. Ordered prescription on line, went to pick it up, they knew nothing about it. Went to surgery, they told me prescription sent to chemist 4days earlier. Back to chemist, said exactly same as before, ummed, grunted n told me to come back at 5pm. Went back, told to join enormous queue. My turn, told to wait outside, not ready!!!! Piss take!!!!

Excellent service. I was on holiday and we visited Caernarfon for the day. Went in and asked advice on my sunburn. The lady was so helpful. Thankyou

Lost my prescription had to wait until closing to get it. Yet another bad experience today. There was no medication for the customers in front of me. There was 4 customers and everyone was waiting more than 25 m for service. Down and outs were pushing in front for needles.They couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery and I will be changing pharmacy.

Been on holiday in caernarfon last week got infection in my eye pharmacist and staff so lovely he gave me some drops for eyes advised me go get checked out at specsavers excellent service xx

Yesterday I went to collect my repeat prescription in Caernarfon. Unfortunately I had slipped a disc in my back and therefore had my back brace on and was in considerable pain. When I was served, the pharmacy worker must have seen I was uncomfortable because she immediately offered to carry my medicine bag to my vehicle for me. I have never had any pharmacy with staff this empathic
