Earlier this month I donated 16 of hair to the little princess trust

I came earlier to have my hair washed and blow dryed. Riley was so chatty and friendly and did my hair lovely. I would recommend and I will be going back there thank you Riley.

I had platinum hair with 3 inches of dark natural roots coming through and asked Robyn to blend it all together bringing the whole thing a little darker and it’s exactly as I pictured! She is lovely and knows what she’s doing, had a really lovely time, if the time comes I have to come to a salon again I will come back here :)

Asked for a few super fine highlights parting and crown: given half head of lowlights! Asked for soft curving layers back and away from face so they don't fall forward: given inverted hacked, imbalanced unconnected layers that are short at the back of head and long at the front so hair, aside from looking horrendous, falls forward over face!! Opposite of what I asked for and robbed of £93 to boot!! Only options are to tie it back and wear hats till long enough for a competent hairdresser to recut and rebalance it. Will never return or ever recommend.

Having my hair done at Wills and Parker is always a treat! The whole team are so friendly and welcoming with a free drink and magazines to read. I always leave feeling refreshed and with a beautiful new hair style. I typically get highlights and a cut and I travel from Leeds because once you find a good salon it's worth being loyal. Always a 5 star service and happy with the final product ;-)
