The wedding cake was something myself and now husband had no idea with!We didn’t want it over the top but equally we wanted it to fit into our colour scheme and setting.Seeing Claire’s cakes on Instagram really inspired us. Her delicate sugar flowers and simplistic modern designs were right up our street!We booked a taster box and we’re absolutely blown away we booked Claire straight after, the cakes were truly gorgeous.We even paid for another taster box later into the planning because we couldn’t get enough.Claire was able to listen to what we wanted and create exactly that. She was professional, friendly and super helpful - even sourcing us a cake stand!We had so many amazing comments from guests about the cake and how beautiful and delicious it was, it truly was worth every penny. If you’re looking for an exceptional baker, look no further than Claire Arscott! Her cakes are absolutely divine! On the lead up to our wedding Claire was so so helpful and friendly: we received are postal samples in not time, then Claire really spent the time to talk through our design and get to know us, while she even went out of her way to bake us our own requested flavour cake layer! I could not have asked for more!! Our three-tiered wedding cake was pure perfection, it looked stunning and all three layers (strawberry, chocolate and banoffee) all tasted out of this world, completely scrumptious! We had so many compliments! Top Tip though, order more than you require, as we did, as it will get snapped up! Thank you again Claire for helping make our big day so special and memorable!

I've had the privilege of working with Claire and photographing her cakes many times now. And every times it's always an absolute pleasure. Working with Claire from start to finish to create our beautiful wedding cake has been nothing short of a delight. Claire was able to plan and understand our requirements with ease and create a work of art! We were able to meet and taste flavours beforehand which were exquisite - our guests were so impressed! Claire was so flexible when we had to reduce our Guest list due to covid restrictions and made what could have been a stressful situation work so smoothly. We were lucky enough to have Claire make our wedding cake and everybody in our wedding party absolutely loved them. Communication was excellent and as we had to replan our wedding Claire helped ease our worries and was happy to move bookings with us. We also had some lovely cupcakes to try some flavours before making our decision. We then chose a 3-tier semi-naked cake based on pictures from her website and truthfully it turned out even better than we could have anticipated. Thank you so much Claire!

We couldn’t recommend Claire highly enough! We had our cake tasting back in 2019 and after two postponed weddings we finally tied the knot in May 2022 - the cake tasted just as amazing as we remembered.
