Good value and good service

It took me a lot longer to get the house ready for carpets so Bob gave me a wee phone back and fore to check in - and not in an annoying way at all. Helped me pick the carpets and sorted the fitting. Not one bit of complaint and gave us a great price in relevance to other places. Get yourself to Q1 Carpets, i can almost guarantee he'll be the cheapest - from experience.

The order for the carpets went well until they got fitted.The stair carpet was fitted and some steps were cut to short and bottom step wasn't fitted correctly they also scored my hard wood skirting.This was fixed but my skirting is still damaged.The carpet leading from my living room to hall was also cut to short and coming away from the gripper.When we approached Bob he was very cheeky and had blamed us baring in mind I only purchased the carpet from him and had no say in the carpet fitter.Eventually the carpet fitter came and rectified the problems stating it was the carpet fitter cutting the carpet to short.Never again would I buy a carpet from him so if you are I hope you don't come up against a problem he'll give you every excuse instead of giving good customer care.

We recently got our whole house carpeted and floored, Bob was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The fitters were great as well and done a good job. Highly recommend them.
