Excellent product, installation and support.Only small niggle was lack of updates re installation date and warranty certificate but once contacted responses were quick. I understand there was a covid outbreak at the factory so understandably this would have pushed installation date out.Overall extremely happy and highly recommend!

The team at Caledonian were first class from start to finish! Jason was excellent to deal with and if anything was needed then it was dealt with. Competitive price and an excellent product in our front door! Would highly recommend and will use again!

Absolutely atrocious Customer Service. Happy to take your not inconsiderable payment for a Conservatory but not interested once you have an issue.Had a conservatory built by them that is still under warranty. I contacted them by phone in May 2023 to report a couple of faults. They asked to email details with photographs which I did. Heard nothing for a month. Contacted them again and got fobbed off with We never got your email excuse". I also got blamed for not reporting the faults earlier when their fitters had been in the village two months earlier.I have now contacted them several times since. They never bother to respond. Here we are in August despite getting a call back promising me faithfully I would be contacted the following Monday first week in July.EDITED to remove the last line at the company's request. They have responded to my negative review. Whether they resolve the issue remains to be seen.I have copies of 6 emails that were sent

Fantastic experience with Caledonian Windows from start to finish!! The price for the job was extremely competitive and I truly believe their windows to be a superior product to the rest of competition in the area. All windows were installed on time and with care by excellent fitters. They did an immaculate job and cleared everything up as they went along. Cant recommend Caledonian Windows enough!!!!! :)

We've used Caledonian Windows for a number of years and have had two Rockdoors installed and eaves protectors fitted previously. Each time the service has been first class and a fair price asked. Our most recent experience was really positive with Gary in sales and Richard who installed our door - couldn't have asked for better. Great to support a local company too. When it's time to replace our windows - Caledonian will be our first port of call.

Absolutely 0 stars for this company.I bought a property with a conservatory built buy this company under warranty and paid £200 to transfer the ownership to my name. I instantly found faults with the installation (not wear and tear). I contacted the company and after 4 months of getting the run around they simply want nothing to do with the work they've done.They fobbed me off by inciting a loophole to get get out of the work and the customer service throughout was awful.Thankfully got my £200 back but I'd never use this company ever again.

Absolutely beautiful windows fitted. So proud of them. The quality and service is of the highest standard and we cannot praise them enough. Right from the beginning to the end, we were always kept well informed with progress. All the team, from measuring up to the finishing touches was very professional. We will definitely use them for our future projects. Many thanks again

Had a couple of doors fitted by them a few years, installation was fine apart from cracking a tile that was covered with silicon, however few years down the line have tried numerous times and i mean numerous times to get a small bit of aftersales service done and never interested in replying or calling back, happy to take your money not happy to keep the product running smoothly, needless to say my business will go elsewhere.

Service was excellent from the start. No pushing to do more than we wanted. They surveyed and did the job on time and the workmen cleaned up after. The windows are great and I would go back and recommend the company.
