Fantastic experience. Was looking for something to celebrate 20 years with the same fella, after 6 months looking on social media and in shop windows I approached Tiago to find out about bespoke as couldn't find what I was looking for. David listened, advised, ordered stones for us to choose and then designed and made a ring in 8 weeks from initial contact to delivery. I love my new piece of jewellery, an heirloom, and so fitting to demonstrate our love for each other. Would highly recommend. Great personal service, lovely people. Thank you.

Where do I start? I am totally stunned by my rings. From discussing my ideas to finally having them to wear the service received from Dave, Jane, Lilly and Philip was outstanding. My ideas were listened too, discussed without judgement and turned to reality. They’ve turned my sentimental inherited stones from my mother in law into fabulous rings I can wear. Dave’s attention to detail is phenomenal and while the ladies were comforting a crying and emotional me he was quickly creating my vision in his head and explaining what we could and couldn’t do. I would absolutely recommend Tiago and the team to anyone looking for a personal and bespoke service. I’m already planning my next project. Thank you really is not enough. We were also lucky enough to meet Norman (the real boss of Tiago) and Dave’s right hand man (his dog) who gave us lots of attention in return for some fuss!

Recently bought an engagement ring from Tiago - what a fantastic and faultless experience from start to finish. Jane was brilliant, she helped me choose/design the perfect ring (which has even turned out to be the perfect size) and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel so smooth and easy. We will definitely be returning for our wedding rings and I won't be going anywhere else for other jewellery in the future. Thank you so much.

Couldn't recommend Tiago more! We initially saw them at a wedding fayre, and the staff personality hooked us straight away, before we even saw the rings! Even though my engagement ring was not purchased here, they went above and beyond to find a wedding band which would fit perfectly, whilst also altering the size of my engagement ring and cleaning it up for the big day. For my husbands ring, he wanted something more discrete, and the staff helped him decide on the perfect one with engraving!Also, my husband surprised me with a bracelet from here for the morning of, it was engraved with a phrase from our first dance, it was totally stunning and they guided him through the process. Even through all communication I had with Jane, she didn't let it slip and I was totally shocked!David, Katie and Jane could not have been more helpful and we will be recommending Tiago to everyone.

I could not recommend Tiago Jewellery highly enough. After our initial meeting where they were extremely helpful in helping me to decide upon the perfect engagement ring (for my now fiancée), they were able to order the diamond and make the ring bespoke in such a tight turnaround. The advice on how to transport the engagement ring abroad was also very helpful and the whole experience made a potentially stressful experience an enjoyable one! Thank you so much for your help!

Tiago came highly recommended to us after they beautifully designed by daughters wedding ring last year.We were thrilled with our Tiago experience. From the moment we walked in to choose our own wedding rings to the moment we picked them up we had excellent customer service.The week before our wedding I chose another plainer wedding ring to wear to work. My husband bought his wedding ring 5 years ago. We had great customer service then. Since, his ring needed resizing and after a couple of prompt email exchanges we popped in and it was resized and buffed there and then. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

We bought our wedding rings here. Would highly recommend it to anyone doing the same. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and were so generous with their time taking us through all the options especially as we weren't sure what we wanted coming in. We both love our rings!!

Highly recommended. I've had a consistently excellent experience of using Tiago Jewellery over the past two-years. Firstly, since my wife and I met in Sheffield and spent 10-years together there, it was nice to have a Sheffield steel wedding ring which represented this, whilst also looking really good and feeling nice to wear. Secondly, after moving away from Sheffield and needing my ring to be resized, the Tiago team very kindly took care of this for me via post, keeping my ring safe and secure throughout the process. Lovely quality ring and high quality service.
