my daughter went here with anxiety issues and spent the whole session sitting with a lady therapist who had her own issues and didnt talk the whole time.we got money back but couldnt get rid of us quick enough saying they wouldnt have a therapist who would suit are daughters needs.dreadful place

Administration issues with this business and were unhelpful with appointments. Also seemed to never answer their phone on several occasions.

They are really bad totally unhelpful I don't why the trust out sources to this place. The guy I got was a Christian which I've nothing against but he spent the six sessions using my low point to try and convert me totally wrong. people in crisis need professional councillors not amateur dogooders on the take

Great place to be . Councillors are very great at what they do . Got me back to myself , with help dealing with severe anxiety . I'm very thankfull that I got the help and support . I'm back in work now and feeling lot better . My anxiety is still there but 90% less . Would recommend to anyone with any issues in their lives . Thank you very much .
