All of this was done clearly in layman's language, which was much appreciated. If only more companies were like this! Sarah and the whole team have been brilliant. We had some complex requirements as we are having our entire plumbing system replaced. Sarah worked with us all the way through, communicated with our plumbers and was so flexible. Steve did an excellent install and everything went really well. They even explained how they deliver salt in such a way that it does not arrived damaged. It was also brilliant value for money, unlike so many other trades at the moment! Total professionals and could not recommend highly enough!
