I highly recommend Anna - she's one of the best hair dressers I have ever had, understands my hair and I always leave feeling so refreshed and much better than before. She's recently given me a fabulous Balayage which looks amazing, and ensured the condition wasn't affected by apply Olaplex.

My first time visiting Carluccios and I had a great experience. 10/10 customer service. I booked in for a last minute hair cut, which was amazing and then booked in for a full head of highlights later on in the day. Max was incredible and fitted me in around the times that suited me. He took his time and care but was also very speedy. I love my fresh hair and I will definitely be back! Amazing service!

Very unprofessional.I sent a message LAST WEEK requesting a call back to book a consult. Until now, nobody has respondedI actually went in to speak to some very rude woman who cut me off mid sentence stating she couldn't do a consult. This is even though the shop was empty. Perhaps I was cutting into her gossip session with the other girl working thereAll in all, a very disappointing experience. Come on. Do you know how many hairdressers there are in Richmond?No wonder you are trying to lure people in with coupons. Your service is appalling.Avoid and walk further down. Fifty is decent

Sadly I had a bad haircut elsewhere and needed it fixing. Finding Max turned out to be magic. Having found him on Google, I emailed him and he called me back. From the minute go he sounded like he knew what he was talking about, and from the minute we met, I knew I was in good hands.Then I returned today to have Yuko treatment. To spend 4 hours with someone you hardly know and feel comfortable is a personal skill that is very much present here at Carlucci. Max, Anne, and the whole team are super friendly and lovely.Glad I found them for beautiful hair and recommend you visit them too!

Carlucci works wonders, fixing my hair color flawlessly each time. Going from black to bleach blonde without damaging my hair is no small feat, but they manage it effortlessly. The vibe there is amazing, and I can't stop telling everyone to give it a try. Their work is consistently fantastic, making sure your hair looks stunning every time. Plus, they're brilliant with kids and great at men's cuts too. I've got all my family and friends hooked on this place because of the amazing job and care they provide!Max is always really friendly and makes me laugh. Bonus points for his true italian espressos

Max & Anna make you extremely welcome. I emerge every time with my hair looking amazing. I have very wavy hair, and the cut and colour is always fabulous. Great service, wonderful head massage and reasonable prices. Why go anywhere else!

Max is brilliant. Super cut and colour expert. Make sure you book an appointment during club hours (last appt of the day!) for booming music while enjoying a hot bevvy.
