When our mum took ill and moved to live with one of us we needed to sell her house. We didn’t know where to start and I arranged a few viewings with estate agents. The minute Chris came into mums house I knew he was the agent for us. He was so respectful and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. From start to finish Chris and Caroline were totally professional yet approachable. When we had any queries they were easy to reach and answered our questions. We were dreading selling as we’d never done anything like this before but with Chris and Shooter Property Services the whole experience was stress free. Had a viewing a while back and no one showed up and another time I was to view a property the owner was there showing other round worse place out

Rang to confirm appointment" for a viewing 2mins after the agreed time for us to be there. Then had to wait for them to leave the office and drive the 25mins to the property. On previous viewings they have arrived 15mins late and on every occasion have not known what land/outbuildings were included in the sale."

Lisa has been extremely helpful, fast and personal to deal with. She understands what we are looking for in our next property and has be more than accomodating in directing us towards properties that meet our requirements! Highly recommend using Shooters.

Looking for a rental house, took half a day off, drove 50 miles return, paid 20£ application fee and the next day received an e-mail saying that the landlord decided to sell the house instead of renting it. Wrote back asking a refund of the application fee as it turned useless, never got any reply. I understand the agency can't help if a landlord changes his mind but the minimum is to get back to the potential tenant with a clear answer on the reimbursement.

I have viewed a few properties with Shooter's and have found the staff very friendly and helpful with the search for my dream home.

Raymond went above and beyond what would have been expected. I personally thank him for this - superb service!
