Scottish Water

I recently experienced a water leak at my propertyIn the ML5 area. Scottish water responed with a site visit on the day I called them.Following this,it proved very problematic in determining the source of the leak.I then received daily follow up and investigations to source the leak.The source of my properties leak was eventually found by two very capable and determined Scottish water workers James and Andy. Scottish water were excellent with regards to organising all aspects of work during the investigative phase.In summary, I have been very impressed by the level of personal service and professionalism shown by everyone connected with Scottish Water.

I think 2 cut of barrhead Road, 2 all traffic is a total disgrace,and for 3 months, the water couldnt care less who or business they attect, its shocking. No respect

Deserving of 0 stars for lack of path maintenance at Milngavie Water Works.

No water, but telephoned no answer directed to another number so quickly and not repeated I had to phone twice more just to get the other number very poor. Web site does not allow easy reporting either

Called Scottish Water regarding dark brown water coming from all of my taps not to mention the foul odour and small bits in the water only to be told to run my tap for 2 hours . After running my taps for 2 hours and seeing no improvement i then called them back and was told to do it for further several hours before getting help .I explained I have a 5 month old baby that relies on this water for his food yet that was no emergency concern to them that I had no way to feed my child at the moment . I was told I will be called back by a manager withing 2 hours which would then take me to 5 hours with no way to feed my baby I understand it can't be resolved in the click of a finger but I should be provided with some sort of sanitary bottled water but according to my last 2 calls this will not be happening .The way I have been dealt with today with marrissa the call handler has been extremely condescending and not to mention unprofessional and has no knowledge on their duty of care and protocols .

My Mother called Scottish Water on the advice of GCC re a dreadful smell in the car park. The call was made and within 24hrs it was investigated and dealt with satisfactorily.Full marks to Scottish Water.

Needless to say that I’m disgusted and appalled with the sheer incompetence of the staff at Scottish Water. Logged a call at 9:11am today, was told it would be Urgent!! Called back twice to be told that it wasn’t raised as Urgent. I’ve now had a plumber onsite for five hours costing £300 - £60 per hour. My budget was £240 but that had been swallowed whilst waiting for someone to come and attend.Spoke with a manager called Denny who told me that she would call me back, 2hrs later I’m still waiting. I will be escalating this to your Operations Manager Peter Ferrer

Keep digging up the same piece of road, traffic lights that stay on red. Leave traffic cones and sandbags behind. Water is a no win situation, if it is public/private still problems. Only giving 2 stars as CEO got sub-contractors to move stuff they left.

They used a firm called McKenzie construction to butcher the Suds basin on East Greenlees Road. They also destroyed shrubs and fencing But most of all the skip has now been left uncovered & abandoned for almost 3 weeks after the work finished. They also used my address for the mamoth rubbish skip. I have called Murdoch Skips and they will remove it, but this should have been done by the construction company!

Gold star service from Scottish Water! They responded with a phone call within the hour to take more details and advise when they would attend. The allocated engineer arrived exactly on time, friendly, professional, sorted. Thanks!
