He had viewers lined up for the property and within about three days of the property being on the market I had an offer at asking price.The sales progression team were in weekly contact with me and effective at explaining the status and progression of the sale.

John was great during the viewing, and was happy to arrange another for some other members of my family to have their input a short while later. He and Dawn kept me informed during the process and were actually much faster than my solicitors on completion date letting me know I could collect the keys, I was already in the property by the time the solicitors rang me!

We have recently purchased our first house through The Property Centre and have had positive assistance at every step. Their attention to detail was first class and they made telephone contact at least every week and more often for specific updates. It only took 9 weeks from viewing our house to completing and having the keys in our hands. John and his team were of great assistance throughout. We want to also thank Lee who arranged the mortgage and insurances, he couldn’t have made it any easier for us. We highly recommend!

The agents have been brilliant - marketed my house really well, generated a lot of interest & found me the right buyer very quickly. I've also really appreciated the 'aftercare'; the follow-ups to make sure the sale processes went smoothly, that questions could be asked & responded to between me & my buyer, and that we were both up to date all the way along. It's made it all a very straightforward process, when it could so easily not have been.

Highly recommend. Made our buying and selling process really easy and relatively stress free. They were always at the end of the phone when needed. Only improvement I would say was a bit more communication from the sales progresser would have been good but that wouldn’t put us off using The Property Centre in the future.
