The palace is nice and location very good. Food was a bit disappointing: we went for a group event. They were late in serving, food came without labels (we had vegan options that needed to be marked) and we had to ask for these. The turkey was cold and chewy, the baked camembert was tasteless and the Brussels sprouts were almost uncooked (so har to chew!). They mistakenly gave us 2 extra bottles of wine and wanted to make us pay for these - had to argue with one of the waiters (the wine was brought and bottles open so people just went and helped themselves; it was a big event so not everyone was aware of what had been ordered).

A warm friendly environment. With the warm lighting really give a nice cozy feel on a cool autumn day. The staff are warm and friendly to match!A great selection of beers on tap to suit what you're wanting.

Best place to have a drink after work.I can say I didn't wait so much to get served,Nick patiently listen what I want to order regarding my drink and the atmosphere was amazing.Thank you very much guys!

Service was a bit pushy in terms of trying to get us out quickly, even though we had the last slot and were in a big group, spending a lot of money there for a Christmas do. They could’ve not been too rushed and let us take a little time.Christmas Menu mains weren’t too great they could’ve given us more within the roast meal.

Excellent pre match Sunday roast. Full to capacity when we went, but tables are well spaced and Staff very efficient and friendly. Food came quickly and was fantastic quality and good portion size. Good choice of beers. Restaurant area is upstairs separate from main bar and quite civilised even when full of football fans ! Would happily return even on non match day.

Don't come here often but when I do it's always nice and clean, pretty and service is great. However on a weekend there's music and it's unnecessarily loud. Staff at the bar can barely hear you. As a guest I can sit outside or choose to leave in an hour etc. but people are made to work through this (or try to). It does negatively affect the otherwise great atmosphere, and I really hope staff are paid properly. Regardless, no one should have to work through that. It's not even live music. Or anything you can dance to. Maybe because there's no dance floor. Possibly because it's not a club, but a pub/bar. Otherwise lovely. Praying for the staff though, hope they're provided free earplugs

So very glad we chose to dine here from other recommendations. Like many, I'm sure, we were looking for something nearby to ABBA voyage arena for a group of us with different food requirements. Service, atmosphere and their patience with our large group were outstanding. Everyone all enjoyed their food and a good wine selection. Great atmosphere with the other diners too

We had a large group booking so were seated on the top floor where we were really looked after by Issy and the team. We were all served our food at very similar times and there were no issues on the day. We liaised with Issy prior to the event to make sure dietary requirements and accessibility issues were taken care of and this was really appreciated by our guests. The food was excellent and we all had a lovely evening. Thank you.

Lovely Sunday lunch at the Cow in Westfield. The gravy was slightly watery but everything else was spot on! Only had a main so can’t comment on the starters/desserts but there looked to be a good selection.
