Came in recently for lunch with my friend and we both greatly enjoyed the sandwich and cake, however wehad an unfortunate experience with the staff. The women serving us was very rude and my friend and I felt as if we were being judged.

Ordered a birthday cake for delivery to my husband. The cake was amazing and the customer service was even better. I was out of the country so had to place the order while abroad and Danielle took care of everything. So grateful for the help and delicious birthday surprise!

Very good. Ordered a cake for birthday very patient very helpful. Had a nice lunch as well. This was at the Ingatestone bakery but went to Billericay first and gave us lots of information about ordering cake nice staff there as well

Super impressed with Ravens. Ordered a cake for my fathers 80th birthday and they created an absolute masterpiece. I had no real idea what I wanted but with just a rough idea of his interests, they created a wonderful travel themed cake which he was over the moon with. Not only did it look fantastic, with amazing attention to detail, it tasted delicious too. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough and will certainly be using them for all future celebration cakes.
