They couldn't careless about aftercare. Refuse to return after advising me to take more than I needed. Keep promising me a call back to discuss and never follow up.Given this is Kidderminster, use any other carpet shop - I would avoid this one

I bought a striped carpet online. The stripes are all over the place!!! Nearly £500 wasted! The carpet isn't fit for purpose, who wants one that looks like this. The store most unhelpful. Terrible service. Logged my complaint-got no response in over 2 weeks. Rang again to be offered an insultingly low gesture of goodwill.
