Amazing service and best quality parts so far in my experience. Very clear description with the diagrams and very helpful over the phone with people who clearly know what they are doing. Delivery time to Cyprus take 4-5 days which is incredible! Have not compared the prices with other sites but as a bundle I found Advanced Factors to be the best all round in my 14 years of owning a Land Rover

I been dealing with advanced for the past 25 over years I find its best place to get my parts from the people in charge are very helpful and very friendly very good team they have working for them from delivery drivers to the top and the parts are always the best quality and they are always right in between i tried getting my parts from other places its always a struggle to deal with and the parts are always wrong or they don’t fit I highly recommend anyone to get their parts from advanced factors

Keep away selling cheap parts on eBay through well know brands do not buy from on site or on line BE AWARE!!!!

I have only ever received amazing service from Advanced Factors. It is my go to place for spares for my Discovery. Matt is a pleasure to deal with.

We placed an order for some products that were shown as in stock on the website and as soon as the order was placed we received and email to say that the parts were not in stock. We were also told that the price had increased from £3.20 to £8.54 in a matter of a few minutes. They also blocked our IP address with the intent for us to no longer be able to see prices on their website.Not an honest business and we would not use them again.Try to avoid them at all costs if you do not want to have the same negative experience as we did!This is an example of how not to do business.Note to Google: We have proof for everything we have said above if required.

Great components, delivered on time and great customer service

I called up looking to check if a part was in stock thursday lunchtime. It was in stock and we had a chat about the best postal service to use (the standard parcel force was recommended not the more expensive courier option) as well as my local motor museums, I placed the order by 1pm, it was dispatched via parcel force before 2pm and was in my hands by 10.50 the next morning. The part was aftermarket but a great price and fits fine. Cannot fault the whole experience, Will be using Advanced Factors again and would recommend to anyone!

It makes a change to find a motor type place that offers a good product that seems to be at a great price with out all the condescending rubbish you normally endure. I phoned up with my details, including what I wanted and the Gent was very helpful. He asked a couple of questions and the parts were sent out to me. Now I have a car that stops with out making a noise. Thanks chaps for all your help.

I ordered some bolts for my brake carriers and as I needed them quickly I opted for parcel force 48 hour delivery, but parcel force ignored my request to leave with a neighbour and took them back to the depot so I had to drive 9 miles to pick them up, I contacted Advanced Factors and they very kindly refunded my postage immediately and said they would claim the postage back on my behalf which is amazing service!
