First time I had my nails done there the acrylics were not fully covering my nails and had them done today lady smudged the nail art. Tried to go over it without me noticing and when redone not done properly. Absolutely Amess. Not happy with the customer service that is provided at all! So much for happy customer happy Work place. You tell them that something is wrong n you get blanked and ignored.

Just popped in to ask what could be done with my nails as I bite them. After some gesticulation and muttering through a mask I was told to stand in the corner. Then I had to shout across the shop as to why I had dared to come through the door! Every one in the shop turned around to stare at me! Very unprofessional, and I would not use them now anyway, made me feel quite stupid. Also the smell of nail polish in there was overwhelming!
