THIS MECHANIC IS A JOKE.I tried to exchanged an oil filter but I couldn't unscrew the bolt and oil was leaking, so I asked Mathew to do it .he asked me to bring a bike on Saturday 14.05.22.he said the bike would be ready in couple of days. I called him on Tuesday 17.05.22 just to find out that he needs a diagram :)he promised to let me know that he would finished the job in couple of days again .one week later I sent him a text but He didn't reply So I made my way to the garage on Saturday 28.05.22 .My bike was parked outside the garage .He didn't touch the bike for 2WEEKS!I decided to take a motorcycle to another garage where the bike was fixed on the spot within less than 20Min.HE IS RIDICULUS!!!Greetings from Martin.

Do not trust Matt - he is a cowboy mechanic and will absolutely try to steal from people where necessary.

Very conflicted with this review, Matt did a good job sorting out a few electrical issues with my Ducati. However my experience with him turned very sour when trying to get a refund for a new battery he put on that did not work on my bike.Should have been a simple transaction refunding me £50 for the upfront cost of the battery. He firstly tried to refuse that he owed me the money, then agreed when I explained why he owed me, he offered cash and I said I couldn't as was no longer in the area. so could he transfer online, then he went awol and it wasn't until i continued pressing him for the money that he refunded it but having taken £25 (50% of the cost of the battery) as an 'admin' charge without informing me prior that he was going to do this. Very underhand and seems like he did it intentionally so I would not receive the full amount, not impressed at all.

Matt is a very knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Low prices and good service. Brought my bike a couple of times and he was able to quickly fix small problems and give honest advice. In particular put it back on track to pass the MOT for very reasonable cost when another garage had quoted me 5 times higher costs for legally required repairs.

Staff are super helpful and professional. Good honest local guy. Have been back to them many many times for mot, service, change tyres and change exhaust and always go above and beyond. Most things are dealt with on the day if he can, if not I bring back the following day and sees to it straight away. Very fairly charged and always happy to give advise . Highly recommend.

Charged me £55 for a mot, when I looked at the certificate. He had simply taken my bike to another garage for the mot. That other garage had on their website mot £29.Rip off. The guy did no other work to my bike.PS. Was never explained over the phone and would never call again!You have been warned.

Matt serviced my moped for me this week and as always, did a great job for a very reasonable price - my Honda works like a dream again! He has been servicing my moped for the past seven years and it's a big plus that I can book my annual service and MOT at short notice with Matt and I can leave my bike in the morning and then ready to collect again late afternoon or early evening. I am very happy to recommend Matt and the Motorcycle Garage. AAA+++

Just bought a second-hand Aprillia scooter from a guy in Earlsfield. It didn’t start so they the guy suggested taking it dowm to Matt @ The Mororcycle garage (c0.5miles away). We wheeled it down and Matt sorted out the battery and got me going within minutes. No charge. No hassle. Just a bloke who loves motorbikes helping another fellow rider to get back on the road. An old-school garage with an old-school service ethic. Highly recommended if you need your bike/scooter sorting out and you’re in the Earlsfield area.GilesH.

Been comming to Matt for about 6 months now and he has always been very thorough with his work and very fair priced. One of the friendliest machanics you'll come across and has also taught me a few things about my bike at the same time.Great customer satisfaction, will definitely be back
