Terrible service my glass should have been delivered today I even took the day of work unpaid I had to call them as it was late to be told it would be delivered tomorrow. I have spoken to a few different people who have all told me different storys now I don't know when it will be delivered. Terrible service

Absolutely shocking customer service. We've been using Tuff X for our glass for some time now and although the service was initially really good, lately they've been shocking. Ordered a month ago got a call a couple of days before the due delivery date to say I hadn't paid, sent evidence that I had and was then told my delivery would now be a week later. That date was today and no sign of any delivery, called to be told it would now be next week. I now have to disappoint my customer for a second time. Not happy at all and will be looking for another supplier.

Polite and professional sales team.We sent over our measurements, a quote followed, which was very completive.We were given a date for delivery, 2 weeks, and our roof light was delivered on that day. Driver called before delivery so we were not waiting around all day.The roof light was a high quality and it fitted into our roof space perfectly.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY.

Delivery date set for today after a 3 week lead time. Rang this morning to confirm and they said it would be this afternoon. Then had another phone call to say the delivery before me wasn’t available so I would have to help move some glass on the lorry not ideal but I agreed then had another phone call from the delivery driver to say I wasn’t insured so couldn’t get on the lorry! Now they have moved my delivery to Thursday as that’s when there next in the area I had this glass being fitted tomorrow. Terrible service

Unfair place to work.. Half are paid 40 hours a week whilst us mugs got 37 hours for the same work other glass company's pay you 40 hours a week.. With no favouritism

Just had a delivery by your driver Allan, really nice guy, after speaking to him on the phone earlier in the day he knew I was tight for time, went out of his way to make sure I received my glass in time.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!You will get a delivery date, then you will get an email to say it will not be made on that date.This is the 4th time we arranged for our company to have teams on site to take delivery and fit the glass only to be let down. Mike Winters avoids all phone calls and will not help in any way. Shocking company to deal with, I can only presume the good reviews are from friends and staff as I see read a few similar reviews from the same experience as we have had.
