I visited the Bow Street Mall branch on Saturday and was greeted by the teller Marenni, who was very professional and friendly. I was purchasing Euros for an up coming trip and was advised on the best rates at Eurochange. Super easy and great rates, I will definitely be visiting again!

Served by Coner a few days ago who was incredibly helpful. Explained the rate, the prize draw and also said to hold onto my receipt as if I needed to change back I could get a better rate as long as I can show I got it from them. Really took his time with me and very pleasant. Have used them before and always found the transaction very quick and efficient. Coner was a credit to the company and I will use again

Excellent customer service online and in the Lisburn branch. The staff (I was in contact with Joanne in store and Carly online) and they were so helpful with my queries and order. Joanne kept me in the loop during the process and was so helpful and reassuring- definitely will be back due to their great rates and customer service!
