TOTAL KRAV MAGA - Hammersmith

Consistently excellent class with a friendly atmosphere for all levels from complete beginner. A good balance of fitness training and realistic self-defence techniques. I would recommend to anyone interested in self defence.

An awesome place to train at! Martina is an absolute pro and her classes are friendly, challenging and well constructed. There's always a good mix of beginners and more experienced people who are always happy to help and advise. Can't recommend enough! :)

I can´t recommend Total Krav Maga enough. Classes are very professional and yet fun, Nick is a great instructor. Give it a try and you´ll get addicted :-)

As an experienced Martial Artist and with experience in the Police I had a great experience yesterday at this Krav Maga class.The instructor took time to warm up the class appropriately, identifying anyone with injuries or medical issues and suggesting appropriate exercises for them. We then ran through a mixture of exercise and games based warm-ups which ensured we all had suitable time to limber up.Then came time for the training itself, practical application for defence against a punch with pressure testing to ensure we could perform at speed, in a controlled environment. The supervision was superb but I was most impressed by the detailed knowledge of the law surrounding appropriate force and self defence, whilst highlighting that the best action is always to GET AWAY"I would thoroughly recommend this class

I unfortunately had to discontinue my membership with Total Krav Maga due to a work time table change. However I have to say if you're after training in Krav Maga and have 0 experience with any form of martial art (like myself) I can assure you this is the place to start. I had the pleasure of having Nick as my instructor during my time there and I felt at home instantly. The experience level is varied aswell for those who have prior knowledge too. You get stuck in from the very start and it's always an intense session but you leave feeling very accomplished and confident in yourself with Nick's 5* guidance and enthusiasm. I hope to return if my timetable changes as I'm already missing it and it's just been a few days! Thank you so much for your lessons Total Krav Maga!
